Withdrawal Policy

Authors have the right to withdraw their submission at any time during the review process, provided that a final decision on acceptance has not yet been communicated. However, once a paper has been accepted for presentation at ICAES 2025, withdrawal requests will be governed by the official refund policy outlined by the organizing committee. Any such requests must be formally submitted and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. It is advised that authors carefully consider their decision before initiating withdrawal post-acceptance, as it may affect the program schedule and publication timeline.
