Plagiarism Policy

ICAES 2025 maintains a zero-tolerance stance toward academic misconduct, including all forms of plagiarism. All submitted papers will undergo a rigorous plagiarism check after excluding references and author biographies. Submissions with a similarity index below 15% will be deemed eligible for peer review. Papers showing a similarity between 16% and 20% will be returned to authors with a request to revise and reduce overlap. Any paper with a similarity score exceeding 20% will be rejected outright and will not proceed to the review stage. Authors are strongly encouraged to ensure proper citation and originality throughout their work.
