Publication Policy

Papers presented at ICAES 2025 that meet quality and thematic standards will be considered for publication through the conference’s affiliated publication partners. Each manuscript will be evaluated based on the respective publication outlet’s criteria, and acceptance into proceedings or journals is subject to final editorial review. Authors must comply with any additional formatting, revision, or documentation required by the publishing entity. The timeline for final publication will vary depending on the publisher’s workflow and editorial process. Authors will be notified accordingly.
