Acceptance Policy

Authors whose papers are accepted for presentation at ICAES 2025 will be notified via the official submission portal. Acceptance decisions will be based on reviewer feedback and the paper’s alignment with the conference’s thematic scope, research depth, and clarity of presentation. In some cases, authors may be asked to make minor revisions as suggested by the reviewers. Revised papers must be submitted within the specified timeframe to be considered for final inclusion in the conference program and proceedings. Failure to comply with the revision deadline may result in exclusion from the conference.
