Presentation Policy

All authors of accepted papers are required to present their work during the conference. The standard format is a 15-minute presentation, comprised of a 12-minute oral presentation followed by 3 minutes for Q&A. ICAES 2025 will primarily take place in-person; however, under exceptional circumstances, online presentations may be permitted. Authors seeking remote presentation must submit a formal request along with a valid justification. Final approval will be at the discretion of the organizing committee. Presenters are expected to adhere strictly to the allotted time and format.
