PAPER SUBMISSION

ICAES 2025

Paper Submission Guidelines

All submissions to ICAES-2025 must be made through the official Microsoft Conference Management Toolkit (CMT) system. Authors can register and submit their papers via the CMT portal at https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/. Only original research papers that have not been published, submitted, or reviewed elsewhere will be considered. Submissions must adhere to the conference formatting template, which can be downloaded from the official conference website. Review articles, conceptual notes, and short communications are not eligible for submission.
Papers should not exceed a maximum of eight (8) pages, including all figures, tables, and references. Submissions must be structured with clearly defined sections including Title, Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Methodology, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, Acknowledgments (if applicable), and References. The language of submission is English, and clarity in writing is essential for acceptance. Authors should ensure that all references are properly cited and that the manuscript showcases a novel contribution to the field.

Plagiarism Policy

Each submission will undergo a plagiarism screening process prior to the peer review stage. Papers with a similarity index exceeding 15% will be returned to the authors for necessary revision. Submissions with a similarity score higher than 30% will be rejected without further consideration. Authors must ensure that proper citations are included and that their work represents genuine, original contributions to the academic and professional community.

Review and Evaluation Process

All papers submitted to ICAES-2025 will be subjected to a rigorous double-blind peer review process, managed entirely through the Microsoft CMT platform. Each manuscript will be evaluated by at least two independent reviewers with relevant domain expertise. The review process will assess the paper’s originality, technical quality, clarity of presentation, relevance to the conference themes, and the impact of the findings. Based on reviewer feedback, authors may be requested to revise their manuscripts before final acceptance. Revisions must be submitted within the given timeframe to be eligible for presentation and inclusion in the conference proceedings.

Conference Policies and Compliance

Authors must strictly follow the conference submission policies. Each paper may only be submitted to one specific session of the conference. Submitting the same paper to multiple sessions or tracks will result in immediate disqualification from the review process. Submissions that fail to follow formatting guidelines, exceed page limits, fall outside the scope of the conference, or have unaddressed plagiarism issues will be rejected without review. Acceptance is contingent on successful completion of the review and revision process, as well as timely registration and presentation during the conference.
